Before real estate, Lyonel played and coached with respected organizations including the Denver Broncos, Green Bay Packers, Cincinnati Bengals, Kansas Jayhawks, and Indiana Hoosiers, as well as Rice University and the University of Houston. Those experiences taught him that success is never accidental. It comes from preparation, commitment, and the ability to perform when it counts.

Susan McKinney (formerly Brock) is an experienced Houston real estate broker and entrepreneur with more than twenty years of success helping clients buy, sell, and invest in residential properties across Texas. She began investing in real estate while in college, and that first purchase sparked a lifelong passion for helping others build wealth through property ownership.

In 2003, Susan founded Brock and Foster Real Estate, a boutique brokerage serving athletes, entertainers, and prominent families throughout the Houston area. Today, she leads The League Agency, a next-generation firm focused on delivering expert negotiation, personalized client service, and proven results.

As a Master Certified Negotiation Expert, Susan has closed more than one thousand homes and is known for her strategic approach, market knowledge, and clear communication. Clients and agents alike trust her experience, professionalism, and ability to make every transaction organized, informed, and stress-free.

A graduate of the University of St. Thomas in Houston, where she earned her degree cum laude, Susan has been named one of Houston’s Top 20 Agents and featured in Texas Monthly, Houstonia, the Houston Chronicle, and Forbes. She continues to invest her time in community causes focused on youth empowerment and financial literacy.
