Susan is an experienced entrepreneur in the business world. She began investing in real estate in college and her first big investment set fire to her passion for real estate. In 2003, she created Brock and Foster Real Estate, a high profile residential real estate firm, providing support to the elite entertainers, athletes and prominent families in Houston. A Master Certified Negotiation Expert and Broker for well over twenty years, Susan is the fuel that runs the team at Brock and Foster. As the Managing Broker for this boutique agency hand-crafted to achieve results for the most discriminating client, her years of experience have helped her sell over one thousand homes and she's been recognized for achieving sales records across the city.
